Arrive 45 minutes prior to reservation. This way, you will have time to check in, read all liability forms, sign waivers, receive instruction by staff, and, if needed, do your boater’s license test. Arriving 45 minutes early allows you to not cut into your reservation time.

According to the FWC, if you were born after January 1st 1988, you are legally required to have a boater’s license while operating a watercraft. We can provide you with a boater’s license on this web site by click the Florida Temporary Boaters License button at the bottom of the page. You must arrive 1 hour prior to your Booking time if you or anyone in your party needs to take a test.

Under 18 years requires guardian/parent’s permission to drive a jet ski. You must be at least 14 years old to operate one by yourself while having a Safe Boating Test on you.

Not to worry! All customers will be given a tutorial by our friendly staff on how to safely operate the watercraft. This is one of the reasons we need you onsite 45 minutes before your booking time.

We apply a hold on card for $300 on jet skis. Upon post rental inspection, we issue the deposit right away. If you use a credit card, it is normally refunded immediately depending on your bank.

We don’t offer a last-minute cancellation/refund. The cancellation would need to be done within 24 hours before the booking date and time. Cancellations must be done by phone only, you cannot email, text, or leave a message. There are no refunds if cancelled within 24hrs.

We will offer a reschedule option for another day, if this does not fit into your vacation then we will issue a refund.

We do recommend protective eyewear while riding. Please wear sunscreen, proper active/swimwear, towels to dry off. We provide life vests and have various sizes available. We have free lockers onsite for you to use.

Unfortunately, we do not have free parking, There are plenty of parking by plate spots throughout the village or a large parking garage on the west end of the boardwalk.
